Independent Living
All Aevum villages offer independent living in one, two or three bedroom units or villas, which may include a small garden, lawn, balcony or patio.  These cater for active, independent retirees who want to take advantage of the security, facilities and community life of a village.

Assisted Living
Our serviced apartments are ideal for those who want to retain their privacy and independence yet receive some assistance with cleaning, laundry, meals and personal care if necessary.  Serviced apartments are usually large bedsitters, and some also offer more spacious one or two bedroom apartments.

Low Care
Our lodges or hostels are designed for people who do not require full-time nursing support but have been assessed by the Department of Health and Aged Care as 'Low Care'. Meals and other services are provided and frequent checking by qualified staff ensures wellbeing.

High Care
Our Nursing Homes offer restorative and medical care to those who are frailer and have been assessed by the Department of Health and Aged Care as 'High Care'.  Highly qualified nursing staff provide care 24 hours, seven days a week.

Respite Care
Our temporary accommodation option provides services such as personal care, daily meals and laundry for a short period of time. It may include a medical assessment for suitability.
