At Aevum, independent living ensures independence is retained by combining the privacy and freedom of home ownership with the security of on-call assistance. A relaxed lifestyle is guaranteed with village maintenance taken care of.

Our villages have a range of independent living units or villas that come in a variety of configurations, ranging from studios to three bedrooms, with open plan living, modern kitchens, balconies, and one or more bathrooms. For peace of mind, all apartments feature 24 hour, on-site monitored emergency call buttons. Units and villas have either undercover parking, or access to a carport or car space.

External maintenance and landscaping is looked after by village staff. This means residents have time to enjoy all the social and recreational activities available within the community as well as partaking in their own interests. Many of our villages have coordinators who arrange a variety of exciting activities and events, both on and off site, each week. We also have community bus services to transport residents to local shopping centres and appointments.
