Aevum's respite, or short term care provides an ideal solution in a range of circumstances. It enables those caring for an ageing loved one to receive temporary assistance or have a short break. 

Respite care is an option for seniors needing to convalesce after a hospital visit or during an illness and it enables potential residents to evaluate our communities.

Designed for stays of a few days to several months, our private respite care apartments are fully furnished, with 24 hour village monitored emergency call systems. Prior to a stay, we speak with seniors and families and conduct an assessment, which helps us determine the appropriate services and care for each individual.
