Graham Lenzner
Non-Executive Independent Chairman
Graham is an experienced company director and executive with a distinguished career in funds management, stock broking and investment banking. Graham has been a director of Aevum since February 2005 and Chairman since November 2005. Graham is currently Chairman of Device Technologies Australia. Previous roles include Joint Managing Director of Pacific Mutual Australia, General Manager, Finance and Investments for MMI Limited, Deputy Managing Director of Aquila Steel, Chairman of York Group Limited and Chairman of MFS Institutional Advisors (Australia) Ltd. Graham is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Phil Anderson
Non-Executive Director
Phil brings to Aevum, 30 years experience as a CPA as well as extensive experience at senior management level in the property industry, including 15 years with Hooker Corporation and more recently as CEO of Lend Lease Development Pty Ltd. Phil is currently Chairman of Espreon Limited and director of Hastie Group Limited, Isis Group holdings Pty Ltd, Sakkara Holdings Pty Ltd, Penrith Lakes Development Corporation Ltd and the NSW Growth Centres Commission.

Richard Gould
Non-Executive Independent Director
Richard brings to Aevum over 30 years experience operating at Chief Executive and Board level for a variety of health services and aged care organizations. Previous appointments include Chief Executive Officer for the Benevolent Society of NSW and the Montefiore Jewish Home. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Illawarra and Sutherland Area Health Services and the Womens and Childrens Hospital, Adelaide. Richard has been a Director since February 2005 and is Chairman of the Renumeration and Nominations Committee.

Melanie Willis

Melanie brings to Aevum considerable expertise in the provision of strategic advice, structured finance and risk management and has over 16 years' investment banking experience. Previous roles include Director Investment Banking with Deutsche Bank, Senior Vice President with BT Alex Brown and Manager Structured Finance with Westpac Corporate Finance. Melanie is principal of Capital Performance Group and a director of WHK Group Limited, Hydro Tasmania and Rhodium Asset Solutions. |
